What is your family background? |
My mom and dad were both deaf and alcoholics. As result, I have lived in an orphanage in Vajta, Hungary since I was six years old. My mom died about 6 years ago and my dad still lives in Budapest. My younger sister and 4 brothers live in the orphanage also. This September I had to move out of orphanage because turned 23.

How did you come
to know Christ? |
I always knew about God but I was angry with Him because of my home situation.
I didn't understand why I had to go live in an orphanage, but then after being in three other orphanages I came to Vajta. It was easier because it was almost like a small family.
I met some families from the church at the Bible College and they invited me to come to a bible study and hang out with them. I talked with the Metzger's a lot and eight years ago I realized that God loves me and has never lied to me. His was the only truth in my life. I knew that I needed Him and I wanted Him.

What is your future
vision upon finishing the Bible College? |
I have 2 dreams: either I want to go to Ethiopia to work in an orphanage or I want to stay here in Hungary and work in a youth program to help teenagers who are having problems at home or with drugs.

How has Bible
College impacted you thus far in your walk
with the Lord and in equipping you for the
future? |
I learned a lot about religion and theology from the university I attended, but now I want to know the bible better and to know God better. I want to see Him face to face; to know God in a deeper way. Then, if I go to Ethiopia or work with youth, I will be prepared.
